Delightful!
My two-year-old saw a commercial and shouted "Chou Chou!" and pointed at the TV not too long before Christmas, so I went looking for one on line. I saw the reviews for this doll and decided to find it off of Amazon. It is discontinued (ours had a 2005 catalog in it) which explains why sellers are offering it at a steep price. I passed over this year's "Bye Bye Chou Chou" in favor of this doll because of the cuter face and the better size for my little girl. The batteries are even still working, we were not disappointed at all and she seems to like this doll the best of the ones she has.

I JUST PURCHASED THIS FOR MY 20 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER AND IT IS THE MOST ADORABLE BABY DOLL YOU COULD ASK FOR. HER BIG BROWN EYES AND CHUBBY CHEEKS ARE IRRESTIBLE. AND HER LAUGH IS SO REALISTIC YOU CANNOT HELP BUT FALL IN LOVE WITH HER. MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT. SHE GIGGLES RIGHT ALONG WITH HER!!!!!! A GREAT FIRST DOLL FOR YOUR LITTLE DARLING.
The BEST doll ever!!
My daughter got this doll for her 2nd christmas and has yet to put this baby down. I am a mom of twins and like to joke I have triplets, one being this doll. She is so caring and loving towards this baby because she reacts to you. We bring her everywhere we go. This baby comes with a pacifer a baby bottle and you can buy different outfits for her. A great "first doll". My daughter is almost three and still loves her to death...go get one...
