These have been fun!
We've had these for a few years and I thought they were so cute and they seemed a little more modest and kid friendly for my 4 year old daughter. My daughter has other barbies too though and for some reason notices that these ones are a little different so they don't get played with as much because the clothes and stuff don't exacly interchange with other regular barbies. The haridos on these barbies also get messy very fast and start looking kind of raggy. Some of the accessories they come with are a little bit cheap and didn't last long. Most of the small pieces are long gone and I'm glad because my baby can't find them now. Overall, these are cute and have been fun!
Amazing!
Have you seen the movie Barbie and the Twelve Dancing Princesses?! Because if so, these dolls are sooo like Janessa, Kathleen and Lacey (the younger triplets!) Aren't they!!!??!!!
So I will refer to them as Lacey, Janessa and Kathleen. I don't think they are quite as fun as Bratz but they are waaay more fun and appropriate than Barbie! =)
Kathleen has two bits of hair each side and hair down. Janessa has hair fully silky and down, and Lacey has a cute ponytail with a neat fringe.
They are very cool and I really don't like dogs that much (they scare me) so the plastic dogs don't get used much - but i love my Janessa, Kathleen and Lacey sooo much! =)
Sweet and Pretty young dolls
I just bought a couple packs of these dolls, and I love them! I wish I had seen these dolls before introducing my 4 year old to Barbie. These younger dolls are sweeter since they're younger, with a younger body-type than the adult Barbie, and young themes such as this pajama party theme. The dolls are very pretty! And their outfits are really cute and well-made. I wish they sold extra sets of clothes, but the dolls are priced so well that I just bought a couple sets of dolls, so I may just give my daughter one set and 'borrow' the clothes from the other set. They are all so cute it was hard to resist not buying more than one set.
As far as play sets, we'll just use these dolls with any of our Barbie houses and play sets. They are about 2 inches shorter than the adult Barbie, so they'll fit fine on the Barbie couches, bed, etc.
I am very excited about finding these pretty dolls for my daughter!
