I bought this doll for my daughter because her name is Hannah Faith. Since my daughter is only 3, she instantly tore the doll's shoes off, which were sewn on. I suspect that this doll is not meant for such a young girl.

I wanted to let you know that the company, Big Smiles Toys, was wonderful to me. After purchasing the Only Hearts Doll, Hannah Faith, I was informed by my duaghter that she had purchased it and forgotten to tell me. So Now I had to cancel the order quickly before it was shipped. The Cust. Serv. people at Big Smiles got back to me within a matter of minutes and stated the order had been cancelled and thanked me for shopping there. If you decide to order anything from them, I know you will be well taken care of. I was very impressed with their immediate response and the way they took care of the matter...no hassles, just nice people and very efficient!!
so much better than a Barbie doll
I love these. They are beautiful dolls, very fun to play with, poseable, flexible, have great hair to comb etc. They don't have a ridiculously out of proportion body like Barbies, and they all have a darling pet too, not to mention the horses are great. The books are cute, and easy to read. Most of the clothes are modest. The faces are beautifully painted and look like a naturally gorgeous girl.. not artificial and fake looking. My girls love them, and so do all of their friends. We threw the Barbies out after about a month of owning these.
