Remove clothing from doll and put it in a pillowcase. Machine wash the doll and clothing (in pillowcase) in cold water, delicate/gentle cycle. Leave to air dry. Nelly was lovingly designed and quality assured in Germany. She was manufactured in China under the supervision of Haba, Germany.

Great Doll !!!!
We love this doll. It is not a baby doll but still so cute and fun. It's hair is great and nice and soft and you can do different things with it. Great doll that has very well made and held up well. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
A perfect first doll!
I've gotten this doll for my granddaughter's first Christmas. I am ever so pleased with the quality of workmanship. The facial features are stitched on, she's soft and huggable, just the right size for our little girl, the hair is not yarn, and this doll has no plastic or vinyl on her.
I do have a concern about the laces on the shoes for a child so young, but my daughter assures me that they will be removed and not used until our granddaughter is of an age that they will not longer pose a danger.
I am not purchasing additional clothing for her (although I love the clothing that could be purchased) because I remember that my children's dolls mostly went around naked for quite a while when my girls were little, and I feel it would be better to wait until the dolls stay clothed before making that purchase.
I do recommend this doll. She's just right for us. I can hardly wait for Christmas!
